The trip was so much more than expected. You absolutely need to do this. You didn’t just fly and tour the island, you experienced it by flying through the valleys, down near the waterfalls, out over the water to get the best views and the pilot ensured all passengers go the best views. The island was breathtaking and beautiful and we were able to see places not viewed by any other means. An absolute must if you are on the island. The blue Hawaiian company was professional, above average, fine star experience all around. Thx for the amazing memories and photos!! Robert our pilot made the experience a pleasure and unforgettable as well!

You must do this tour if you’re in Hawaii and are able to. It’s simply breath taking! Shane was our pilot and he was amazing!

Outstanding Customer service! The moment you enter the lounge all they way till you say goodbye. Absolutely welcoming atmosphere. Our Captain, Marcus made this journey even more fantastic. He explained everything wherever we flew, turned around to make sure everyone could see each side. The jurassic park theme song was great during the flight over the valley. Also just for side notes: we had absolutely no rush and the total time in air was almost an hour! We would highly suggest you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters!

I loved the air experience and the way that the tour was explained through jokes, storytelling, and fun facts! Our pilot (Steven) was great and led us through an amazing tour/path! Definitely would do it again if given the chance! :D

This was an amazing tour - we saw the entire island from desert and lava fields to verdant green pastures and unbelievable waterfalls. The stop in front of the waterfall that is only accessible by helicopter was nothing short of incredible! I highly highly recommend this tour - it’s an unforgettable way to experience the majesty of the Big Island.

A MUST-DO activity on Kauai!!!! We knew we wanted to do a helicopter tour on Kauai. Blue Hawaiian was highly recommended to us, so we booked them. They were professional and super organized. I called before booking and spoke with a very nice rep who answered all of my questions. Very easy process to book online and very easy on flight day. So glad we did this! Pilot Steven was awesome. I felt 100% comfortable the whole time and could really enjoy and take in every minute. My kids said it was “epic”. They’ll remember this forever :-).

we have taken several helicopter tour in the islands and this one was outstanding. Everything from pilot skills to pilot knowledge to scenery to Comfort was top-notch.

Yes, the view is amazing. We did a ground tour first before doing a helicopter flyover with Blue Hawaiin Helicopters. What you see on the ground is eclipsed by what you see from the air. Our pilot was fantastic, steady flying and knowledgeable commentary (with an excellent music score for the entirety of the flight). I would definitely put a helicopter flight on your to-do list when you visit Hawaii. As we were the last flight of the day the pilot was able to do a bit of whale spotting on the way back, topped off an already awesome experience.

I had the pleasure of flying with pilot Koji. It was an amazing experience and if you’re not prone to motion sickness then I do recommend flying with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. The flight was smooth, Koji gave us a grand, indepth tour of the island, pointing out names and bits of history behind the landmark/site. You can tell he is very passionate and loves O’ahu. During the flight he also pointed out areas he recommended to visit or if you needed to purchase a ticket beforehand or if the area will be closed on certain days. He’s very knowledgeable! It was awesome to see a different perspective of the island as someone who has never been to O’ahu before. During my flight I was able to take a lot of pictures and videos, there is an option to purchase a video when you get back from the tour. Overall I enjoyed my tour, I got to see Sacred Waterfalls, Pearl Harbor, memorials from the air and we were able to see a whale with her baby. Towards the end of the flight, the jet lag was getting to me so I was almost falling asleep.. that was how smooth the ride was. 👍🏻
