Absolutely Breathtaking! Our pilot Vince was very warm and friendly. The choice of music was just perfect and we were encouraged to ask questions which made the flight even better. We had an experience of a lifetime. Being out here in Maui on our Honeymoon, this has been the highlight of our trip! We loved our pilot Emery, he was extremely knowledgable with the history of the island and shared his personal life backround of flying with us. The complete island tour is a must see, I would do it over and over again! Thank you so much Emery, we will cherish this momment for the rest of our lives.

Would have given the actual tour 5 stars - the chaos in the pre-flight time, and the lack of customer service brought it down to 3 stars. You have a great product - need to tune up the pre and post process. Also - give the shuttle van drivers some training!
