My family and I had the privilege of experiencing the Big Island from the sky with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The booking process was straightforward, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and safe, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. Our pilot, Kai Loken-Kim, was the star of the show. His expertise and knowledge of the island were evident, making our flight not just a journey but an educational experience. Kai pointed out significant landmarks, shared stories and facts about the island that we would never have learned otherwise. His passion for flying and the island’s history was contagious, making our adventure even more exciting. The helicopter itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with large windows that offered unobstructed views of the island’s stunning landscapes. We soared over lush rainforests, cascading waterfalls, and the breathtaking coastline, each sight more awe-inspiring than the last. The highlight was seeing the active volcanoes from above, a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. What stood out the most, however, was the professionalism and friendliness of Kai and the entire Blue Hawaiian Helicopters team.

All staff were amazing, customer service was top notch, and our pilot, Marcus, was great! We will never forget this adventure!!!

Wonderful trip. It was expensive, but worth it—truly a once in a lifetime experience. As a plus size person, I was very nervous/ self-conscious about my weight and having to buy an extra seat, but they were very discreet and there was plenty of space/ seat was comfortable. Everyone working here was great! Pilot was very knowledgeable.

We had an amazing time on the Big Island Spectacular. Our pilot, James was knowledgeable and funny. Amazing views of the volcanoes and waterfalls!
