Roger is excellent pilot. We enjoyed the ride and great views of active volcanos & great water falls including a nice description of this Hilo area.
Roger is an excellent narator and poilet. We really enjoyed the trip and he is very good in taking care of the new bies like us.
Jonathan was not only friendly and approachable, he was knowledgeable and very active in getting all of us involved! 5star for the stff and the pilot!
What a spectacular way to see the island! Anna our pilot was knowledgable about the craters, valleys, and all of the locations Maui. We say more in one hour, than you could see in several days driving and hiking! Outstanding tour.
Our pilot was Roger, and he was an excellent guide, answering all our questions and talking about all sorts of interesting facts about the islands, the volcanoes, and the waterfalls; all while expertly piloting us all over the southeast of the big island. Everyone had an awesome time! The ground crew was very friendly; we had someone trip and scrape their knee on the way to the helicopter, and they sprang into action with first aid, saving the day! :)
Excellent local knowledge of the Islands, a very smooth flite, best experiece in Hawaii. This is a MUST DO if you've come all the way here from the mainland!
