The Volcanoes flight tour was by far the best way to see the extent of the park. Our pilot, Bastion made the trip extra special by pointing out landmarks, sharing his knowledge of the area all while providing a smooth and coordinated flight.

My family planned a trip to Hawaii for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary - needless to say it was going to be a once in a lifetime trip and likely one that my parents would not be returning too again. My parent's most desired excursion was a Helicopter tour out of Hilo to the Northeast side of the Big Island to see the valleys/waterfalls. We had booked this excursion through another company 1-2 months in advance of our trip. Less than a week before our trip that company cancelled indicating they had "scheduled maintenance" (why those dates weren't blacked out??....got me). Regardless my parents were super disappointed. I called Blue Hawaiian, and they quick found a solution for us that worked with our schedule. Not only were we super grateful but the staff was amazing, and it was a breath-taking experience that was the absolute highlight of our trip. Thank you so much Blue Hawaiian!!
Awesome experience. We did the big island spectacular tour and had a great time with Greg, our pilot. He was informative and showed us some amazing parts of the island only accessible by helicopter.

Bastian was our pilot for this tour! He was great, knowledgeable and a great tour guide! We had a few extra minutes of costal views coming back in. If you’re looking for a great way to experience the island, book a trip with Blue Hawaiian. Definitely worth it.
