I thought our pilot Nate was great. His soundtrack was awesome and he gave us a lot of information. Very nice too. We had a great time!
If there was a 4.5, I would have provided that. 0.5 star off due to Mother Nature not in the mood for the lava to flow to the ocean. Other than that, the trip was spectacular, educational and totally worth it. Our pilot, Jeremy, was extremely personable and genuine. My daughter had one of the most enjoyable adventures ever, and being such an avid animal lover, I was surprised that she rated this trip better than the Dolphin Quest at the Hilton Waikaloa! Well worth it, and recommend it! +1
I am 9 years old, and this was my frist helicopter ride. I was not scared at all. tim the pilot was very good! i wish we could have flown over the big crater. over all i loved the ride it was very interesting.
Fantastic tour, fantastic guide/pilot. Local, and knew his island. Provided information and made sure everyone got to see. HIGHLIGHT of life "top ten" lifetime moments.
Adam was awesome - he made sure everyone was able to get a good view. Vince was awesome too - he was able to get us safely on and off and calm any nerves. Great experience!

Our pilot Jeremy was well informed, freindly and competent. Great views of Kilauea and active lava flows on 18 Dec 2012. Well worth the price to see what Hawaii really is!
