Awesome!!! Sat in seat #2 and with my headset it was hard to hear what was being said. I missed a lot of the pilot's words and all of the passenger words. Could hear talking, but not distinctly to make out the words. Looking forward to the DVD to hear all of what was said. Otherwise, awesome!!!
Barrett was fantastic. As a local who knew the island it was the best trip of the 3 that I have had in Kauai.
Absolutely magical!Wasn't sure about the rainy weather, but it created 360 degree rainbows and amazing waterfalls. Crater was a spititual experience! Everyone at Blue Hawaiian was friendly and efficient. We felt perfectly safe with our pilot Vincent's 20 years of experience as a military flight instructor (wow! it doesn't get better) - plus he is friendly and knowledgable. We reseached many helicopter services and are sure we chose the right one with the best pilots, equipment and groundcrew. Excellent experience!!!
