Ethan was very knowledgable and did a thorough job explaining all the great aspects of the island of Hawaii. He ensured all members of the flight were comfortable and adjusted the temperature when needed. He also provided eucalyptus when one of the passengers was feeling queasy. We especially enjoyed when Ethan circled around the vent. He did a spectacular job and made the tour the best possible.

Roger provided the Rogers family with a fabulous tour of the lava field and the waterfalls. We were blessed with superb visibility and saw several "hot" lava flows. We got a great view of the tops of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa above the clouds. It was also kind of a neat bonus to fly right over the backup Presidential aircraft, which was packed at the end of the tarmac at Hilo Airport since President Obama is over on Oahu. Just an awesome experience!
Our pilot Adam was awesome! Appropriately chatty and very interesting and informative. He clearly loves what he does and it comes through in his flight and narrative.
