Jeremy, our pilot, was great. He knows a lot about volcanoes and the history of the area. Flowing lava at the volcano and going into the ocean was "hot" stuff.
Tim was an amazing pilot - it was a gorgeous trip! Super safe for kids and we loved it.
The helicoptor ride was great! However, we did not video tape becuse we were told a video would be take and we were told the video was bland. We would have video our tour but we took pictures instead. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! not sure I will recommend to friends and family. rated less due to the promise of a video since it was an important part of our trip.

The helicopter tour was the highlight of our holiday. You've never seen a rainbow until you've seen one over the Napali coast. Vince was a great pilot. He was very personable, and we felt very safe with him even though it was a windy day. Thank you!
Our pilot Tim was just fantsatic, very knowledgable and pleasant. We saw red lava flow and even saw a whale breach (just once). Would thoroughly recommend this tour. The helicopter was cool and comfortable throughout. Ground staff made sure everyone was safe and were also very pleasant.
We loved the flight and the view. we never saw anything like that, the lava, the volcano and the waterfalls. Totally worth it!
