The helicopter pilot, James, was relaxed, professional, and extremely informative. The ride went very smoothly and wasn't at all scary. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and were pleased with the entire excursion from the pick up at the cruise ship until our return to it.
We really enjoyed the helicopter flight and the view!

It is a once in a lifetime experience to see the vent and the lava coming out at the sea. Adam is great and shows the volcano really well. Great commentary. I did not realize that we could not see the volcano at the volcano national park.
Pilot was very knowlegable and very kind and gracious. We enjoyed it very much. Jo Ann Schaeffer and Connie Stetzer were also in our group from Wisconsin.

Tim, our pilot was very knowledgeable and calm. I like that he addressed each of us by name; made us very comfortable. The views were great; I think I got some good pictures. He was very careful to make sure persons on each side got an opportunity for the view and the pictures. Glad we did it! Aloha.

Emery was fantastic as a pilot and the flight was lovely. It would have been nice to know in advance that the seats are pre-determined, which resulted in our photographer having the most restricted view in the middle of the back bench. Recommend adding this notice to your sales pitch so everyone understands this in advance.
As a Vietnam vet I loved being in a chopper again and listening to music of that era. I finally got my wife up into a helicopter. We had an awesome time. Thank you Emery (our pilot) and the rest of the crew for a dream come true. We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives! Bill and Bev
Our pilot, Roger, was very informative. The DVD is nice, but the flight of the pilots are more for us to take pictures, perhaps they should make a round for the cameras on board as well
