This was by far the coolest thing I have done on my trip to Maui. By Helicopter is the only way to Halakala and all the lava flows. But that's not all, from a chopper brings whale watching to a whole new level. From a boat just does not do the beauty and specter of the Humpback Whale justice where you can see it all from the Helicopter. See the calf riding the mothers back, the escort trailing just behind. Words can not explain the beauty of it all. If you want to see whales and Halakala, helicopter is the way to go. Thanks Blue Hawaiian!

The trip was good. Ethan, our Pilot was very knowledgable with the scenary around the area. Unfortunately, there wasnt as much lava as I would have hoped for, but that isnt controllable at all. Thank you for a good tour!
