Excellent service from pick-up to drop off. The driver was extremely friendly & informative. The ladies assisting with all the information were patient, understanding & informative. Our pilot was incredible, always explaining all areas of the volcano & information throughout or flight. Thank you Blue Hawaiian helicoptors you have made our holiday very memorable. Pilot Brad was terrific. He did a great job maneuvering the helicopter to give everyone a great view of the sights. My mother found this flight to be very comfortable although she was afraid of flying. Leilani our shuttle bus driver was fabulous.
This was an amazing experince. Special thanks to our pilot, Vince, who made a nervous flyer (me) totally not even flinch while also sharing so much good info about the island! This seriously is a must-do!

Emery was an excellent pilot and host. The flight was beautiful and awe inspiring. Two of our family members were hesitant at first to go up in a helicopter but they were quickly made at ease by the professionalism of the staff and pilot, and the sheer beauty of the flight.
