We had a great time and would love to come again. The Staff was great to be around and funny. This is a really great company.
What a wonderful experience. We will all be talking about this trip for a very long time. Our pilot, Ethan, was an excellent guide. And we lucked out with the best lava flow of the day and a new spout.... Can't wait to get home to view our dvd, along with our own pictures. Thanks again.....
Great way to start my time here. Fun, informative, and comfortable.
Ride was smooth and beautiful. The captain (Joffrey?) was polite and professional. Two things could have been better: 1. Would have liked a LOWER pass along the water, coast, and mountains. 2. The safety video was helpful and well done. The bus driver and safety video guide was nice and helpful. But he needs some professional training. He says "you guys" far too often, and his jokes are neither funny nor appropriate. Thanks for a great trip.
Colleen was an excellent pilot and made a first time helicopter trip a great experience. Kudos. Very imformative on history of the island.
