Scott was an outstanding pilot and very informative.
We appreciate the clear safety guides from the ground crew. They guided us where to stand, where to walk, and helped us into and out of our seats. The pilot, Coleen, was wonderful. She pointed out sites, left and right, addressed passengers by name, identified ground features and the geologic and cultural history of the regions in view. The pilot focused on providing a satisfying experience for her passengers - a steady even flight, circling features left and right so all could see.
Our trip was quite lovely. Brian and Geoffry were great. We really enjoyed our time.
First chopper ride ever and this was outstanding. Scott our piolet, did a great narration and was well informed on the Island.
Fantastic experience! Vince was our pilot today, and he was great! So calm, knowledgable, and his flying was so smooth! Barely looked like he was even moving the controls- THANKS VINCE!!!

We had a great experience with the staff members. Brian was humorous and friendly. Pilot Geoff was informative; he talked the right amount of time for us to enjoy the spectacular scenery. What a wonderful experience. We will all be talking about this trip for a very long time. Our pilot, Ethan, was an excellent guide. And we lucked out with the best lava flow of the day and a new spout.... Can't wait to get home to view our dvd, along with our own pictures. Thanks again.....
Great way to start my time here. Fun, informative, and comfortable.
Ride was smooth and beautiful. The captain (Joffrey?) was polite and professional. Two things could have been better: 1. Would have liked a LOWER pass along the water, coast, and mountains. 2. The safety video was helpful and well done. The bus driver and safety video guide was nice and helpful. But he needs some professional training. He says "you guys" far too often, and his jokes are neither funny nor appropriate. Thanks for a great trip.
Colleen was an excellent pilot and made a first time helicopter trip a great experience. Kudos. Very imformative on history of the island.
