Everyone at Blue Hawaiian tours was very friendly. Pre flight safety instructions easy to follow. For my first helicopter ride I felt very safe. Emery was out tour guide and made a very exciting and pleasant experience. Thanks Blue Hawaiian!

The helicopter views were amazing and our pilot (Barrett) was very friendly and informative. However, we were a little dissatisfied with our seats being on the side furthest away from the Napali Coast. The pilot did do his best to turn the helicopter to allow us to a brief viewing, but it was not the same experience as those sitting on the coastal side of the helicopter. We did speak with management regarding this issue and were both satisfied with the resolution.
