The helicopter views were amazing and our pilot (Barrett) was very friendly and informative. However, we were a little dissatisfied with our seats being on the side furthest away from the Napali Coast. The pilot did do his best to turn the helicopter to allow us to a brief viewing, but it was not the same experience as those sitting on the coastal side of the helicopter. We did speak with management regarding this issue and were both satisfied with the resolution.
Aloha! The entire experience from Reservations to Flight was absolutely amazing! This is a birthday present that my wife and I will actually both never forget.
