Even with his short time (as he told us) John our pilot was excellent! He had wide range of knowledge and was super friendly. He even noticed my little gasp when the wind current hit us. He casually explained how the wind off of the ocean pushes the helicopter but once we are over the ocean it will go away. He truly made our experience complete joy! Thanks Blue Hawaiian! The Jacksons

Excellent way to view various sights in Hilo especially the volcano. It was our first time in a helicopter and we felt very safe and secure. Pilot was very knowledgeable and very accomodating to ensure both sides of the helicopter could get pictures.
