Very exciting! The pilot (Jeremy) did his job very well, explaining and telling in a good way :-). A good experience - best so far!
Although we found our tour on the Eco Star interesting and memorable, we strongly suggest that depending on seating, the price be adjusted. Those fortunate enough to sit in the front next to the pilot should pay more than those of us sitting in the back. Additionally, the left side (facing forward toward the front windshield) saw the sights only once, while the right side saw the same sights twice. Example sights are the lava flowing into the ocean, Kilauea caldera, the forest fire area, and waterfalls. Instead of paying prior to the flight, the company could have people pay AFTER the flight depending on the seating arrangement. Thank you for considering this request. We think your customers would very much appreciate the experience being more equitable given the considerable investment.

Barrett was the best pilot ever. He gave an outstanding narration of the tour and when the helicopter had mecahnical problems he landed us in the water so softly I thought I was jumping into a pile a feathers! Way to go Barrett!

We had a tour guide named Scoot, and he was absolutely fabulous and very nice. I really enjoyed the helicopter ride. I got to see real lava and waterfalls. We also got to see the inside of the crater of the volcano. It was amazing experience, and I would totally recommend it to anyway. :)
This was an amazing tour. Our pilot, Tim was informative and very generous in getting us to the best views at the lava flows and at the vent. I am very grateful.
