We scheduled a flight on a day that was very cloudy. The staff kindly gave us the option to reschedule at no cost or to take an adjusted tour rather than the Complete Island package we paid for. We rescheduled for the next day and it turned out great! The cloud cover was spotty enough for us to make it into the valleys and we even got to see the top of the Haleakala crater. Rick, our pilot, was great and we thought the whole experience was definitely worth it.

Our pilot and the tour were Great! May we suggest that there be dark colored robes or shirts available for passengers to wear at the facility during the flight, as some customers did not have dark clothing and the glare infringed upon our camera lenses & pictures. Thanks/Mahalo!!!
