Our flight was beyond our imagination. Our pilot, Dean, did an outstanding job of providing a wealth of information about everything we were seeing, and balancing it with humor (Go Redneck!:) This trip is truly the best way to see all of the beauty Kauai has to offer and has definitely been the highlight of our trip thus far. The staff at the Blue Hawaiian office were really wonderful to work with, and Leilani in particular was very helpful in giving us information about the island to plan the rest of our stay. Highest recommendations and thanks for a great experience:)
You guys run a very tight, extremely professional operation, but I particularly wanted to share feedback about our pilot, Barrett. I've been to many tours with nice guides who know their script but can't ever veer off of it. Barrett shared a lot of interesting information with us, but he was also very willing to entertain all our questions on topics big and small (including, for instance, the island's unemployment rate). He was so comfortable with the technology and the interactions with us that it inspired confidence in the rest of us (I was a bit anxious at the beginning). It was also really impportant to me that he was born on this island. I feel it made a huge difference. Leolani was also excellent in directing us. She's very clear and personable.
Barrett was an excellent pilot: great first-hand knowledge, fabulous pilot, wonderful experience. Lealana was a fabulous guide to and from the copter.
Outstanding. Now I can say that I have watched the world being formed! Great information and exciting vistas.
