Vince was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and engaging. The flight was smooth and enjoyable. He providedso much information we didn't need to ask questions, but those that were asked were answered easily. Brian was also friendly and customer oriented.
What an amazing trip! Our pilot, Tom, was funny, knowledgable and safe. The Valleys with the waterfalls and the lava at the sea were highlights. The only suggestion I have is that the air conditioning in the aircraft could have been a bit better - it got a bit hot inside. Thanks again for a great trip!
We enjoyed every minute! The pilot kept the helicopter very stable and the views were incredible. We got a great appreciation of the entire island. Kauai is so beautiful. We loved going into the main crater and seeing the tall mountain walls...we were awestruck! Thank you for a memorable experience.
We paid over $800 for the party of four. This was the best helicopter ride of my life. I have taken helicopter tours in Grand Canyon, Canadian Rockies - Jasper, Glacier National Park - Montana, but this was the best trip. The pilot, Barrett took great care to give each side the chance to see the beautiful coastal and sheer cliff views. I don't have enough words to describe the professional attitude and personal touch that this company strives to. Barrett our piolt addressed each and everyone by our first name, I mean who remembers these names, especially foreign names!
Pilot Barett was great and the entire helicopter ride was very smooth. I thoroughly enjoyed the commentary and occasional jokes the pilot relayed to us. All the online reviews are completely accurate and this is a top-notch helicopter tour. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Big Island spectacular is just what it's called, SPECTACULAR!!! Tom, our pilot was fantastic, just the right amount of narration. Saw rain forests to lava flowing into the ocean.
Vincent was a great pilot nad Brian a a wonderful driver! Me and my family had a blast seeing all that Kauai had to offer. We will definitely be flying with Blue Hawaiian anytime we'd like to do a helicopter tour in the future. Mahalo for such a great experience!

Our pilot Vince was awesome! He had a ton of knowledge about the island, we had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all and provide additional details. He was friendly and fun, and referred to us all by name which was a nice touch. And obviously the views he showed us were amazing. Brian took us to and from the airport and made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Plus he was funny. :) All in all an awesome experience!! Thank you!

Darl was excellent! he knew all the sights and had a good sense of humor. We will definately recommend. Saw beautiful sights and lots of hot lava.
