this is our second blue hawaiian tour this trip and this was absolutely gorgeous. VINCE, out pilot, was AWESOME. He was very friendly, called everyone by name, had a sense of humor and was an excellent pilot. Very informed on all the island and really really enjoyed his narration of everything. Great fun!!!!
Thank you for having us! We are on our honeymoon and had a great time on your helicopter. Maui is very gorgeous, I would only have 3 suggestions to make your business run more cost effectively: 1) Maybe have a sign at your front desk on that yellow paper that says (in order) NO PHONES, NO CAMERAS, NO HATS. 2) You have great merchandise for sale here! To help your customers remember their experience, you should create a personalized stamp (available on websites like Etsy) that you could stamp onto your brown paper bags, that way people do not forget who you are! 3) Listening to LOUD music while in flight really helps with nausea and concentration! Fantastic tour! The mountains, vegetation, scenery was spectacular! Pilot Rick made the trip memorable. Great personality! We definitely recommend Blue Hawaiian. The pilot gave interesting tis about the area. The scenery is beautiful and could not be seen other than by helicopter. Awesome trip.

Great at volcano area. Would have enjoyed more of the coast and waterfalls. Scott was good.
Enjoyed our trip. Scott did a good job of narating the trip. I just wish he would have shown the scenery from both sides of the helicopter. I could not get pictures of some things I had hoped to get.
Rick was great. He gave us a ton of info about the island and had AWESOME music :-)

Bryan was super friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and made our adventure more comfortable. Brandon our pilot was cool and knowledgeable of the island. I liked that he used our names. The only thing I didn't like was all the ascending and descending because it made me dizzy. Also when we would turn around too quickly. I think everyone should be offered a water bottle or ginger ale. Haha
