Our pilot, Coleen, was wonderful, informative and knowledgeable. It was so nice how she remembered our names the first time around and took her time to get to know us as people- not just another customer. Very impressive!

Good. Very good oportunity to see LAVA!!! I like it very much. No fear to helicopter flight any more. Thanks for Mr. Shane, he was calm and amazing. But, unfortunately I do not have a gun to fire (like in moovies). They should put music from STAR WARS moovie.
