the reservation process was simple and easy. The cost was reasonable and worth every penny. The check in and pre-flight process were quick and painless. Our pilot, Tim, was excellent.Regarding the tour information he was knowledgeable, intelligent, and considerate of his passengers. On top of that - he was a great pilot. We felt safe and had a wonderful time. This was our second time to fly with Blue Hawaiian and will do it again and most certainly recommend it to others :-) Great job!
A truly amazing and fantastic ride! We did the 2 hour Ecostar tour and saw it all. We flew with Noah, compliments to him and his very complete and narrative comments and explanations. Really added to the tour and the wonderful views.

Awsome experience,my wife is actually scared of flying but even she enjoyed the flight as the pilot put everyone at ease with his in flight commentary through out.The pilot Eric was great with his indepth knowlege of the volcano's, we even got to see some waterfalls too! If you can book the trip through Expedia as we did you recieve a free t-shirt and dvd.
