It was an awesome tour of the island, Brad our pilot, was very informative. We saw so much that we would of never seen any our way but from the air! The waterfalls & Napali coast was amazing. Thanks for making the our trip so memorable! Highly recommend!
The bus driver from the cruise ship was super nice. The actual helicopter tour was awesome, the pilot Garrett fabulous. My family (party of 3) did not appreciate being separated into different tours, as we then needed to buy separate DVDs. Additionally, I did not feel the staff on the ground was sympathetic at all to attempting to place us all together. They separated my brother from his wife- very poor customer service.
John was excellent. He described nmany sites clearly was curtious, made me feel comfortable and glad we took him. Thanks for letting my wife Laurra and I sit up front. Laurra is facing being on a kidney plant list and diagnosis and wanted to sit up front and you granted her her wish. Reguards, Allen
Great experience. Dayl was well versed and entertaining.
Barrett was our pilot. Very attentive to all passengers. Loved the music and narration. Points of interest pointed out for everyone and all passengers got to see everything. Saw beautiful whales along the Napali coast. Always felt very safe.

I thought that the views were great mainly the view of waiamia bay, I was a little scared before but the pilot was very great, mahalo but there was to much waiting around.
