From reservations to tour, our experience was great. We received a call to confirm our booking with detailed information on what to bring and how to dress to improve the picture quality. During the tour, Ethan was very detailed and knowledgable with his information of the island; he also offered other sights to see while we are in Hilo. Overall, the experience was worth the cost and definitely a great way to see the lava flow!
