The only reason for the 4 star rating was the pilots and the experience once in the air...the customer service on the ground was lacking (to say the least.) Mercedes (who checked us in) had the chance to fix the issue when we checked in (almost two hours prior to when we ended up going up) however the ball was dropped. We have let our hotel know and needless to say they were not happy either on how we were treated.

Want to thank you all for an exceptional experience. Our pilot Tim was engaging and knowledgeable concerning the sights we saw. It was my first time in a helicopter and I was not worried in the slightest. Great job Tim!!!!
