Rick our pilot was amazing. The views were gorgeous. He flu into the valleys and we saw beautiful waterfalls close up.

Such a smooth ride and so many amazing sights! Our pilot, Tim, was wonderfully smooth. I'm prone to motion sickness and had no problems to speak of on this flight. He also was very friendly and informative about all the wonders below us - lava fields, the glowing lava at the summit, the gorgeous waterfalls, and so much more. Furthermore, we had a payment problem just before our flight, and all of the desk staff were enormously understanding. I would gladly come back and do this trip again, and/or another Blue Hawaiian trip on another island. Highest praise.

Beautiful view of the Napali coast.
The registration staff were very helpful. We were running late and they graciously reminded us to come in safely. The onboarding staff were also very kind, especially to my 80 year old mother! Wishing her a very good holiday. Our pilot Eric Hango was exceptional. Very calm and helpful, with excellent knowledge of the island. Mahalo!
