The staff was incredible. I even forgot my sunglasses in Lahaina. They had a pair for me to borrow for my chopper trip! They were extremely warm, friendly and hospitable. They truly represent "Aloha." Rick, our pilot, was the best. He showed us areas which were not even a part of the tour! It was just lucky for us to see certain places due to favorable weather conditions. Hands down, Rick, deserves all the 5 stars (out of 5, of course!). Maybe 6 out of 5 even! Even with rainy weather Rick, the pilot, was able to find plenty of interesting things to see. Because it was a wet season the hills were spectacularly green. The whale watching from the air is as exciting as from a boat.

Lots of fun. Our pilot Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He had a good sense of humor. We especially enjoyed seeing the volcanos and waterfalls, and playing "Fortunate Son" as we were coming in for landing at the end of the tour.

Rick was our pilot, our historian,geologist and geographer. It was an excellent tour and he was an excellent guide.
Good Experience! Everyone should try it! Only suggestion would be if the pilot would bank left a little more. Most of the attractions were on the front or right side so sitting in the back left made it difficult to see certain things. Other than that, thank you for the great experience.
A difficult to see because of other guests waving arms and taking photos out of front of Helicopter adn other side of the cabin.. Mark was great with information and trying to swing around so all could see... Unfortunitely - we did not cross over all ground covered so some sites were missed. MAHALO
