Guide was Rick, he did an excellent job explaining everything. He was also considerate of those on each side of the helicopter and made sure he turned each direction so everyone could see. An excellent experience! Lava wasn't really flowing in a big way but it's still very dramatic. We really enjoyed the flight and our pilot's informative commentary and answers to questions. Gound crew, etc., were all very professional. Mahalo!!

Definitely the best way to see Kauai! Really appreciated the very capable pilot and the professional ground staff. The tour itself is just one spectacular vista after another and the experience of entering Wai'ale'ale crater is heavenly. One of the best experiences to be had on Kauai! Mahalo!
