All personell were very welcoming and courte0us upon our arrival. The staff seemed thorough and explained safety well. We were reminded to help ourselves to drinks and use facilities (good for old people :-). Jax was our pilot and he was awesome. He made us feel secure and welcome on our journey in the air. Touring the valcanos, flows, and the falls was a surreal journey and our whole family was smiling ear to ear in awe and enjoyment. I would recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters who would like to tour the air and admire all of God's creation. Awesome and amazing!!!!!!!
Captain Jax was great. Very personable and engaging. Well trained pilot. It would be helpful to have a recording playing of a tour guide explaining different facts of the sites or of Hawaii in general so we can learn more. I'm sure it's difficult to multitask between flying, watching for other helicopters, and being a tour guide. Captain Jax did a great job!
