Awesome concept and our pilot Tim was awesome!!! He shared his knowledge with fascinating information!! The reason for 3 stars is we went in an old chopper with way different setup then what’s on the website and there were plenty of those available!! For $400 a person retire that relic!!! If you go see if there’s a way to check what helicopter it is before booking it could change the whole experience.
We had a family group of 11, wishing to fly. The ground support staff, were professional, friendly and gave clear instructions. When it was time to fly, both pilots displayed excellent customer service and gave excellent tours. The flights were well executed with precision skill and knowledge.
