Rick was amazing!! He flies while editing video and Dj-ing?? How does he do it???? Unbelievable. We're definitely coming back!!!!
We asked for front row seats when we booked and we were the first to arrive at the helipad and requested again. The front desk again put in a request to the pilot. But we figured later that the pilot was Japanese and wanted to talk in Japanese with the Japanese couple, so he seated them at the front. That was the only reason we think we were not given the front seats, and we felt duped. Both the Japanese couples were seated on the right and were provided best views for longer time. Other than that, the trip was great and had great views.

Waited a really long time to board the helicopter but the pilot (Jacks) was great and very friendly. If not for the wait, would rate 5 stars. Unfortunately didn't get to see any lava due to bad weather. Still had a good time.
The tour was amazing. Geoff our pilot was very informative and had a great personality. This was the second time for my husband and I on Blue Hawaiian, but a first for my mother and father in-law. The best word to describe this adventure is WOW!!! A must do while on Kauai.

Blue Hawaiian is a class outfit with state of the art helicopters and the friendliest staff. We throughly enjoyed the 2 hour tour over the volcanoes, along the coast line and especially through the valleys and waterfalls. An unforgetable experience. Highly recommended!!!!

Pilot, Tim, was informitive without being too talkative. Encouraged questions. Best helicopter ride I've had! Smooth, great noise reduction headphnes. Wonderful... GREAT trip!
