Rick was excellant. He knew the layout of the island. The clouds were high so we were able to see some waterfalls that you cannot see when the clouds are low. There were numerous waterfalls due to rainfall all last week. I would recommend the flight.

Scott was an excellent pilot and made the ride very informative and entertaining.
I really enjoyed seeing the lava but Tim, our pilot, was not really talking as much as we would like him to and we had to ask him questions and he didnt take us to the coastline to see the old lava flow from a year and half ago. 5 other family members of mine went with Jeremy and we heard Jeremy took them over to the coastline so I can't understand why Tim didn't take us. This is disappointing because we paid the same amount of money.
A MUST DO EXCURSION ON BIG ISLAND!!!This was an amzing helicopter trip I had ever made. We saw lava flow from the volcano, we were very lucky.
Was fun to see lava for the first time. the pilot was really nice and provided a lot of information about the island and lava. He answered all the questions we had. Love Blue Hawaiian Helicopters
This was an amazing experience! We got to see active lava flow! The only thing we wish is that instead of taking us to the weaterfalls after seeing the volcano flow, we wish that Blue Hawaiian could spend more time near the actual lava flow and just skip the waterfalls, especially when there is active lava flow.

This ride over Kauai was a thrill of a lifetime. The commentary by our pilot, Barrett, was filled with information, personal references to his own life on Kauai, and warm, friendly comments and questions to his passengers. He made sure we all had "the perfect shot" of the various sites, which were all magnificent. WE will never forget this experience. Thank you Barrett and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters! LTP
