Absolutely stunning views! The valleys brought tears to my eyes. Captain Steve was not only informative but highly entertaining with his humor...made the trip even that much better. Thank you for allowing this nervous passenger to have one of the best trips I've experienced. I'd go again in a heartbeat! Mahalo!
Thank you for the front seat to enable me to photograph BUT the group was a little disappointed that the Volcano did not look like a Volcano they knew it was not active But did not realize that it was so long ago that it was active plus that there was not much water in the water falls

Perfect for my wife. She thought you did a great smooth ride. Gernot was a wonderful pilot. Very calm voice and highlighted the right things. He was able to answer all our questions, but for much of the ride it was quite for us to enjoy the island in awe. Looping around was nice so that we could see what others are seeing the other side. The noise canceling headphones were very nice. We also enjoyed the music that was played. I could even see Gernot (pilot) singing to the music when he was not on the intercom. Nice that he was also enjoying the ride.
