Tour was awesome! Loved our pilot Darl. The only thing is the seatbelt dug into my neck throughout the flight, maybe you can put some kind of cushion on it to prevent this.
The trip was amazing and felt very safe, which was awesome. Thank you for your excellent customer service, both in flight and at the heliport office, and our pilot's interesting and knowledgeable commentary. We will be sure to recommend you guys to our friends. :)

Although weather didn't permit the tour we were expecting, we received a very interesting flight of some seldom seen areas of the islands. Our pilot, Rick was very good and knowledgable about the local areas. The entire staff was very nice and we really enjoyed the experience.

Excellent trip! Pilot was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The seatbelts are a bit rough on the neck - especially if someone has a sun burn. And less Enya in the sound track - more local music - how about Makana? Thanks!
