Brian and all the staff at base made us very comfortable and feel confident in what we were about to experience. I am quite a nervous flyer to begin with and was a little apprehensive if I could handle the ride. Our pilot Barrett took note of how I was reacting and made me feel confident and comfortable explaining the turbulence, giving warning when it would happen etc. I was able to relax after that and enjoy the ride. Saw all the sights and it was amazing. The turbulence was worth it to see Jurassic falls and the crater was amazing. We will recommend Blue Hawaiian to all our friends visiting the islands.
