Eric was courteous, friendly, informative and kind. He had a gentle and calming voice during his narrative. He made sure both sides of the helicopter were visible to all passengers. He called us by our first names. Highly recommend Eric and this company for a tour. Thank you very much!!!

Our pilot Nate did a great job of explaining all the aspects of the June 27 Flow and what we were seeing throughout the flight. The waterfalls were beautiful and we even managed a quick side trip to see several groups of Humpback whales of the Hilo Bay. I would thoroughly recommend a flight with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters on the Hilo side of the Big Island.

Hi all, A suggestion would be a more professional prominent sign at the front of your premises. It is not the best, flying on cloudy days. Although I do understand that is just how it is sometimes. Kind regards Brian Snashall
