Amazing views, eco friendly, smooth wonderous flight. Thank you Robert for the beautiful aerial tour of Kauai. Spectacular is an understatement. Kauai is the most beautiful island and the waterfalls are even more amazing flying bythem. We were even fortunate to see humpback whales as well. Blue Hawaiians safety records speaks for themselves and was one the most important reasons we chose them. We will be back. 10 stars🤙If you debating whether it is worth it, I can tell you it was a memory of a lifetime. Teared up at times and speechless, simply beautiful 💕

As soon as we walked through the door of Blue Hawaiian, we were greeted with friendly faces and efficient staff. We were weighed, given our assigned seats and watched a safety video. The staff took our questions and made sure we understood safety protocol. We were blessed with perfect weather and a wonderful pilot named Robbie, who was very skilled, personable, knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. He told us the history of the island and its people, the topography and weather. Then, we spotted a whale and he flew over so we could see it spout!! Being a musician, I’m always skeptical of the music that is played on these kinds of tours, but the music was awesome! Starting with the Drifters theme from Hawaii Five-0 as we started to takeoff to Richard Strauss’ Also Sprach Zarathustra as we crested the Nepali Coast! Fabulous!! All in all, we had a blast and would do it again. This was our third flight with Blue Hawaiian and they were terrific!

This is THE way to see The Big Island! Our captain Mike was amazing and shared a ton of info with us. The waterfall landing was breathtaking.

We had to purchase what they call comfort seats because we were a little bit over the weight limit. However, it was half again as much for those tickets and the two seats between us were empty. If the company was at all considerate of their patrons they could have overlooked that fee. Also, they forced us to buy black t-shirts from them because we wore a color shirt and that cost another $52. Finally, the pilot was very good. However, we did not see the Kilauea volcano which is on the itinerary. The excuse for not going there was that it was not erupting but I felt like that was a poor excuse since it was supposed to be included in the price. Our tour was also not the entire 45 minutes, so check your watch when you get on the helicopter and good luck with getting your tour!

Terrific experience. First time up in a helicopter and a tiny bit nervous going into this, but that was quickly alleviated with all the pre-flight safety instructions and preparations. Our pilot was Marcus, who was outstanding. He spoke in a very clear manner that made it easy to follow and he provided a lot of interesting information and facts about various landmarks and locations on the island. He makes it a point to turn the helicopter around at numerous spots so people sitting on both left and right side of the helo can get a clear view. While this isn’t a super cheap excursion (their price is absolutely in line with other helicopter tours however), it is definitely worth the money. So glad I did this and can’t recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters enough. Thanks!!

Cheney, (spelling?) was awesome, as was the rest of the staff and ground crew. The instructions were very clear and the information provided during our flight made me want to know and see more. I would highly recommend Blue Hawaii Helicopters for you next excursion.
