At first we were concerned because it rained and the visibility was not clear for the entire trip. However, the incredible waterfalls we got to see because of the rain were amazing. The colors were astonishing! The customer service, attention to detail and safety, friendliness of our pilot (Marty), and overall experience was wonderful. We really enjoyed how smooth the ride was - very comfortable and pleasant. Thank you for such a lovely morning.
