Our pilot (Greg) was engaged, friendly and informative. He pointed out movie sites, historical sites, and current points of interest. The helicopter was clean and the staff professional. If you can, make sure and sit on one of the window seats as they offer the best views.

We saw everything fantastic on the island. It was beyond expectations. Our pilot was amazing and I felt safe the entire time.
Amazing experience! It gives you a totally different perspective of the island. So much of the tour includes places that are inaccessible by other means. We took a catamaran tour and got to see the Na Pali coast from the ocean view, but with the helicopter tour we got to see inner parts of the canyon, waterfalls up close, aerial views, etc. Totally worth it!

Best way to see Kauai! Our pilot, Miguel, was very knowledgeable and was able to fly us close to the waterfalls and mountain ridges. I have so many amazing shots to chose from. Mahalo!

Very Exciting! But, ... I expected more dynamic flow of melting lava, but we couldn't. We will come back again.
PILOT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. COMFORTABLE HELICOPTER, WELL AIR CONDITIONED, EXCELLENT VIEWS.
The window setup is really good for viewing out of the helo. The A/C is can be adjusted if too hot or cold, and each seat vent can be personally adjusted. The best seats are the front two, and then the outside rear ones, either side is great! The inner seats are a bit awkward for photos, b/c you have to lean over the window seat person. The reflection of people's legs can sometimes get in the photo, so perhaps wear long dark pants or something dark over them. Highly recommended!
