We were booked on the circle island tour but the weather prevented this from being possible. The pilot did a very good tour, however it was disappointing we were not able to see the tour planned. We were offered a refund on the tour but we felt a reduced cost should have been offered for the flight in line with the price charged for the west maui and Molokai tour since this was effectively what we ended up with.
