Pilot Miguel was very pleasant and informative. He managed to get close enough for great pictures and had great explanations throughout the tour. This tour was an unbelievable experience and some of the most gorgeous scenery we have ever seen.

Mark did such a wonderful job of explaining what we were seeing...and especially nice to show us so many many waterfalls....since the weather was bad and we couldn't see so much of the canyon or mountain. Mahalo!
