FYI Had an awesome time. a 2 of the staff were noticeably grumpy. someone I flew with who wasn't in my party even commented about it. its because everyone here is so friendly and accommodating that its really noticeable when someone is tired from, work and just wants to go home.
Kristi is a great pilot and shared many facts about they Island that we did not know. She also shared many personal experiences and they also enhanced our experience.

Our pilot was Rick and he was great. The whole trip was so exciting and we got so close to the waterfalls we could nearly refill our water bottles. My son says that it was awesome, amazing, breathtaking and stunning; and I would totally agree.
