very professionals, very nice. amazing tour. note: the flight has 6 seats. 4 in the back, 2 in the front. the 2 in the front get a very very very nice view of the area. in the rear, the ones on the window still good, while the 2 in the center rear are a bit unluky. suggestion- try to get there early. you might get lucky and get the front seat
