Kristy (sp?) was an amazing pilot and gave us a fantastic flight. We couldn't be happier and all think, despite being a Cowboys fan, Kristy deserves a raise!
We had an absolutely amazing time!!! Loren, our pilot, did a fabulous job flying the helicopter and provided excellent narration of the island sites. He was very interactive and had us all laughing. Loren was ex-military, which allowed him to point out historical bombing sites too. Being able to see parts of the island that was non accessible by people was good too. The waterfall and deep canons were truly God-like. Again, we had an amazing time and would recommend this tour and our pilot to all we know coming to the Hawaiian islands.
The pilots and crew richly deserve a 5 star rating for their outstanding work in making this tour very enjoyable and memorable for our family !! Flew on a Maui spectacular tour with my wife and 3 year old daughter. We had a long flight to Maui and my wife had "airplane ears" during/after our long flight. But the staff on the phone were awesome in answering all our questions and making sure that out flight was comfortable and nice for everyone. This was our first family aerial sight seeing tour and it was awesome. We were told that the Ecostar is smooth and rides like a car and it was - our little one even took a nap for a little bit. The noise canceling headphones help too. Our pilot Jeremy was awesome - very smooth flight and lot of nice nuggets of info for us to appreciate! Thanks a bunch Jeremy! I also ended up booking a second tour on the A-star for myself - the weather was clear that day and our tour party was able to fly over Hana as well as Haleakala. Our pilot was Katie and she did an awesome job as well ! Outstanding flight, spectacular views all around. Right from booking ...all the way through to the end of the tour..Blue Hawaiian did a really awesome job of taking caring of us. I am so impressed by how far and beyond they went to accommodate our needs. Thanks to their awesome support, we were able to have an awesome and memorable tour. Great job folks! Jeremy, Katie - you both are awesome pilots!! You rock ! Thank you - we had a great time!
Today was a rescheduled tour for us due to weather on Sunday. It was well worth the wait. The weather was beautiful and Katie was a great pilot and tour guide. We would do it again!
Wonderful guide and great sites. For the hearing impaired would love to have better options. I was unable to hear anything with hearing aides.
Brody was an excellent pilot with a vast knowledge of the island geography and history. His charismatic narration made the experience truly incredible. I would no doubt recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Hawaiian islands. Mahalo Brody!
Tim did an awesome drive of flying and showing the sights and sees of the island. This is definitely a must do when you come to Hawaii.

awesome trip, we saw flowing red hot lava, gorgeous waterfalls unreachable by land and a phenomenal full circle rainbow! Wesley was our fantastic pilot and did a great job showing us the highlights. This is a must do in Hilo!

The tour was great. We have Tim as our Captain and he has been very good and knowledgeable. We got to see "something red" where the lava is flowing reaaaaly slow. Good experience!
