Very professionally executed tour. We had a party of two, afternoon tour (1:30) PM for Circle of Fire/Hilo Waterfalls via EcoStar ship, pilot was Coleen. Just some very minor feedback. The mesh bags given to your guests for things such as extra lenses/binoculars should be changed to black mesh. I was handed a white mesh bag and it reflected off of the windows, which seemed like a minor miss in execution since you had already asked your guests to wear dark clothing. If possible, polishing and cleaning windows between tours would also enhance the experience, although I know this may be challenging with Lexan window coverings. That's the only criticism - otherwise your staff is very well trained in standard work and necessary briefings etc.
