Very calming. Ground crew was very pleasant, wonderful to work with and fun. The lady on the phone understands her job very well and very pleasant and convincing that this is the helicopter to ride in. A fun, fabulous, awesome, a few basic words for happy, Happy Birthday to Me. Thank you....

FYI Had an awesome time. a 2 of the staff were noticeably grumpy. someone I flew with who wasn't in my party even commented about it. its because everyone here is so friendly and accommodating that its really noticeable when someone is tired from, work and just wants to go home.
