Tim was very informational and made us all feel comfortable for our first helicopter tour. We were able to see lava, whales and waterfalls. We all enjoyed the trip and will recommend it to others.

Nice tour of a lava flow and water falls. Pilot Ethan was very professional and resourceful; he fully answered all the questions and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. However, the flight seemed a little short :((
Julie was our pilot. She was both a skilled aviator and a wonderful narrator. The flight was very smooth and covered the main sits. In particular, her handling of the view of Sacred Falls was exceptional.

Our pilot Brant was fabulous. He answered everyone's questions thoroughly and offered plenty of other information. He made sure both sides of the helicopter had great views. He especially worked hard to find a breakout so we could see lava flowing.

Wesley was a great pilot. The flight was smooth and easy. I was disappointed that ipads were not allowed on the helicopter. Wish this would have been shared during booking as this is my best camera. The company was nice enough to give me a complimentary copy of the flight since I wasn't able to record it.
