Our pilot Shei was very informative, entertaining and personable. We felt safe and truly enjoyed the amazing views of Kuai. The office staff was welcoming and everyone made this a pleasant and memorable experience. We can't wait for our tour of the Big Island next week!!!

Excellent views of the volcanic vents, and waterfalls. Pilot made sure both sides of helicopter had plenty of time for photographs of the views. Pilot was Mr. Brent, and was very knowledgeable and ensured all passengers questions were answered. We flew with the Eco helicopter, and I highly recommend the extra cost for the larger window views. Would fly again! Military -- Ask for the discount!

Our whole experience was excellent! The check-in process and safety briefing were quick, easy, and informative. Jeremy, our pilot, narrated our comfortable flight, giving us insight into what we were looking at and how much things on Hawaii have changed. The flight over the crater, lava tubes, and both barren and rebuilding areas gave us plenty of time to take in the exciting views both with our eyes and with our cameras. The waterfalls were a nice addition at the end of the trip. Thanks for giving us a great time!
